Billing INCOMPETENCE
<p>I have sent almost 20 emails and have spent hours on the phone, regarding the Tax Invoice Billing issues for our Vodacom Business Account. The first time was because we didn't even get an Invoice. Then it was Invoiced incorrectly with COMPLETELY incorrect billing details that is unacceptable as a Valid Tax Invoice. After that, it was the itimised billing that has been added to the aco**** that was NEVER activated. I have reached my patience with this issue. I would really appreciate it if someone is able to assist me with this issue. </p>

I have received no feedback yet regarding this issue and I find it completely unaccepatable. This delay has caused countless other delays and problems with our Finance department, as they do not accept incorrect Tax Invoices. Can I please request that someone get back to me regarding this issus ASAP.

Good day, I have still not received the monthly Invoice with the CORRECT billing details and the Itimised Billing report that I did received, was Invoiced INCORRECTLY! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I DEMAND THAT THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS. I have been struggling with this issue since May 2017.

Can you please ammend this? And can I please arrange that the Invoices be sent on the 3rd of every month?
