Billing HELL

Billing Hell!! I HAVE NOW HAD IT WITH VODACOM,it now almost 2 months that i have been cancelling services with them and getting no joy,I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING and no help,I HAVE BEEN PROMISED CALL BACKS BUT NOTHING,i was told my issue will be sorted by the 30/11/18 and still no response ,i am on with line with then once again and still being told the same thing i was told a month ago.I have spoken to so many people,PALESA,IYANDA,THEMBA NKOSI,ETC,ETC and after a month im had no joy and just getting the same sorry over and over again,After being a Vodacom subsciber for more than 13 years this is the worst service ive had yet.
