Billing for Data Never Received
Vodacom is a great disappointment I ordered a sim a black Friday deal back on 21 November but the agent that helped me choose an incorrect delivery and the sim card had to he canceled now I am being billed for a sim card I have never used and they refuse to get back or give even an incident number they have blocked my number so I can't even call them and on social media they refuse to answer me, I have an existing contract with them that's due for a upgrade I wouldn't recommend anyone taking anything from them this company has degenerated. I would never recommend it to my worst enemy.
