Billing for an upgrade which were due - 3x double paying for a handset.

I reviewed my statements online today and saw i had payed the last 3 monts R899 instead of R599. In the statemnts it depicted that I still payed for the old device which were due for an upgrad. I filled in a firm on the Vodacom website to upgrade, because I received a sms confirming my device can be upgraded, middle July - the device was on a 2gb for R409 conteact with a samsung note 2014 edition, for the past 2 years an was ending this year August. I then received a phone call from an Vodacom agent which finalized my Upgrade, not add on device. My question is why am I still paing for the previous device - the monthly amount of R899 instead of the new contract - uChoose 199 - for a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 priced at R599. And the sad thing is I don't even get the 2gb data for the 3 monts they took my money, I only receive the new contrac's benefits. When I ask the Vodacom agents they say it is supposed to work like this, I must still pay my previous devises for 3 months before the right amount will be deducted from my account, then why do they sent a sms and call to say you are due for an upgrade in the first place, just to ***** your money?

Conclusion is that I want my R900 I had to pay extra plus my 3 months data I would have received - 6 gigabytes (2x3 months) thank you.
