Billing excessively and IGNORING ME! No Data! No Service!

WHAT have you done since I reported this problem on the THIRD of DECEMBER and WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO CALL ME?!?!? 1- ********** 988703</p> <p>I do not care what your back office is busy with or how useless they are! #InDueTime doesn't cut it! "IN DUE TIME" Means it will not happen! Search for my complaint in DECEMBER! "IN DUE TIME" I sinply do not believe you.
Let me know at WHAT EXACT TIME I will receive a call from someone (give me their name as well) ABLE and EMPOWERED to TRULY resolve the errors from YOUR SYSTEM and credit my account accordingly. As stated, I'm available after 7pm (before 9pm) tonight.
