billing every month

I upgraded beginning of june 2015. Still paying for the first contract for 2 months later that im fine with for my 24 months. Last month vodacom deducted almost R1300 from my acount. After enquiring why that amount its said im paying for insurance i didnt ask for and an extra 2gig bundle i haven't ask for. Cancelled those services and been told i wont get my money back. With a heavy heart it happened this month again. And i wont get my money back. My services weren't cancelled like i asked. Im very upset! We pay alot of money and they dont do what they're are told.
