Billing Dispute S3-GOY2P-PTNJC

I have been calling Vodacom client service several times only to receive no feedback. I have also visited a Vodacom store situated in East Rand Mall as well as Vodaworld in Midrand where still no feedback with the billing dispute we have logged.

I have called customer service again this morning where the consultant kept on dwelling away from my question to him about how a call was closed without giving any feedback to me as the client. Apparently this call (query) was closed on the 4th of July but during my call to Vodacom on the 7th of July the consultant told me that the message sent on the 4th of July was sent out by mistake and that the query S3-GOY2P-PTNJC was in fact still open and feedback will be given on the 8th of July. Now this morning, the consultant I spoke to advised that this query was closed on the 4th of July and requested that I phone and email the department manager directly with my query as he does not know what to do any further.

The consultant told me to contact Claudia Tshabalala and ask her directly to advise on my query in regards to this issue and use the reference CS4060 for this matter. **********
Tel ********** .

If someone can please look into this matter and respond with some positive feedback regarding my query, data usage on the 8th of April 2016 spiking to an estimated R18k between 14H00 and 23H00 on a Samsung S4 Mini. Website logged onto? Or a credit for the amount billed.

This phone was not even used during the time of the incident as stated and as such, all we received was nothing else but pure speculation without any proof.

Dear Vodacom,
I have yet again sent several emails to which I have had no response at all and still awaiting your feedback.
Vodacom could since not supply me with any proof regarding my request and therefore I would like to request a full credit on this account for the amount that we have originally logged a billing dispute for.
It is rather easy to send out a bill to someone and say they need to pay, but when proof of a transaction is required then I believe one should be able to do just that and receive the necessary information as requested in order to deliver satisfactory service to all clients.
The company I work for is now holding me liable for these costs involved and forcing me to sign an acknowledgment of debt in order to recover these costs on this account, but as stated, I do not have any proof, nor any idea of where the data invoiced for was used nor for what website and therefore I cannot see this as being fair to any client.
Kindly advise on my request at your soonest response.
