I don't know if I should laugh, cry or port all my numbers to another provider...

A month ago I had an issue with being billed one amount and the debit order was for more. I got an e-mail from Cassandra saying that I would have a credit for my number and the unpaid debit order costs. Firstly, I dont see the credits on my bill, but, most importantly, IT HAPPENED AGAIN.

This has to come to an end. I don't have time to call 111 and explain my issues and ask for team leaders and managers again (tried that the last time and it all fell on deaf ears) I would please like Cassandra or an accounts manager to give me a call. I am busy at times, so if they can't get hold of me, leave a message with a contact number. If someone e-mails me, they must leave their contact number so I can call back.

I have never had these issues in 21 years with the same contact number and another 5 contracts on my name in the last five years, then issues 2 months in a row. This needs to be sorted out...

Andrew
