Billing

I receive my bill via e-mail. The bill shows an amount of R3700 and odd rand. I transfered R4000 to the account that the debit order is debited from. It bounces because you guys are debiting R5300.00!!!

After numerous calls to Vodacom, nothing gets resolved. Finally I get hold of a team leader by the name of David Nyembe. He asks me, on 7th April, to e-mail my bill that I received from Vodacom... GUESS WHAT... he can't open it because it encripted. Serious? You guys can't open what you send to me... what a joke! He said it needs to be escalated, and I waited... I sent another e-mail on the 10th of April and another on the 18th April, but nothing. I then get hold of a manager by the name of Sibu Gumede. He says he can read the encripted files and I must e-mail him. I did, on the 21st April. He never got back to me. I e-mailed him again on the 22nd, asking him to contact me as I don't his direct number. As of today, I have not heard back... and then my 5 lines get blocked.

So let's re-cap... you invoice me one amount, debit me another, it bounces. Due to your *********** staff, it hasn't been resolved in 21 days and then my lines get suspended. What a joke...

So my questions are:

1: Can a head off the billing department give me a call, so that this can be resolved?

2: What happens to the staff mentioned above, who've been promoted to positions they can't fulfill?

3: How do I get reimbursed for time wasted calling you, e-mailing you and having my line cut

On one last note, I have been with you for over 21 Years... how this gets resolved will be the decider whether I port my numbers or not... your choice...
