billing

I have been a loyal client of Nashua mobile for about 18 years, and never had issues untill they moved my contract to Vodacom without my concent. From day one I had issues with vodacom regarding the payment of my account. I paid my Nov and Des 2014 account on time via eft.

After the payments, I received sms's and numerous calls to inform me that my account was in arrears. Eventually someone informed me, after speaking to numerous call centre personel, that the payments were made to Nashua. I was told by Prudence that Nashua has to pay the money back into my account and that I then have to pay Vodacom.

On 19 Jan '15, I send an e-mail from Vodacom Mokopane to Nashua to inform them that they need to pay the money back. We received no feedback, so we send an e-mail again on the 22nd of Jan. On 26 Jan, I phoned Nashua again. I spoke to a Sedric who confirmed that the order was given on the 19th of Jan to pay the money back into my account and that it would take 7 working days. On the 9th of Feb I phoned Nashua again. This time Sedrick informed me that they never received mails eventhough Prudence FROM Nashua rep**** on my e-mail!

This is getting ridiculous to say the least.
