Could you please explain to me why my account is so high?? I down graded in December and expected to pay one last high premium end of January 2019? how is it that my premium is double than what I expected?

What is going on with VODACOM these days - do you have so many clients that you just don't care about them anymore.
I work for a big corporate company and when a hello peter complaint or any complaint for that matter it is handled with care and respect and the client does not just get a copy past reply. I would love to speak to a manager or even a director for that matter. your service is seriously lacking and another process needs to be brought in. It looks like a one man band!!!
