I want my refund Vodacom you charge my for device I don't have and my contract I cancelled it but still get high billing month end.You sell a lie to your customer Vodacom is just a ***** in a suit you no better to people who rob us in the street .Your call center agent unprofessional,rude,can not service the client .You are not where near to be world class contact center .Educate your agent and update your process stop giving us guessing answer.I worked hard for my money I want it back Magodu .
