Good day
On behalf of Vodacom, we are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
R100.88 is a standard return debit order fee that will be charged if there is insufficient funds in the account Vodacom is requested to debit. We will reverse this amount as a once off goodwill gesture should this specific debit return.
Please note that we only run debit orders on normal working days. Should your debit order date fall on a weekend or public holiday we will debit on the next working day. Should your date be last working day, then the 29th March is the correct date for debit as it is the last working day of March.
Kind regards
Moddy
