Billing 2 contracts
Vodacom you are *******. My husband paid up his contract that was in arears due to Covid-19 and then he asked to ge down graded as his contract was over. You ****** ******* billed him for January his old contract plus his new contract and data bundles. He phoned today and was told its not 2 contracts on his account. It IS. we are so hard hit by Covid-19 and now you ***** money from us. FIX IT.
