Billed R2000 for content service,not subscribed to

Hello, I desperately need help before I commit ******!! I have a cell phone *** that I usuaully pay about R200 per month for. I have found out to my horror that over the last 5 months I have been I have been charged over R2000 for \Content Services"which I have not signed up for.
