BILLED NOTHING + ON MY ITC RECORD

The Vodacom Call Centre called me if I'm interested in one of their products for contract. The phone that arrived was not all on what I agreed with - I wont even go into detail about that as I was mad a hell! I called and sent it back - at the time I also called into complain about it.Th\promised"to reimburse me the R49 BUT instead they added this amount to my ITC RECORDS.<br> This was opened on the 30/12/2013 - for R49... unbelievable!!!!! I dont even have the product I told you to come pick up the R50 phone you want to sell me! I would even give it to my ****! I have no words at the moment ..... to express how mad I am! I want this removed from my name IMMEDIATELY!!!<br> I will bet that no apologies will be made for your incompetence! I this is not sorted out ASAP.
