Billed incorrectly

Incident logged *** and *** - Billed R1800.00 Breakdown 100mb – 29 325mb – 55 750mb – 89 500mb – 29 1gig – 575 250 mb – 343 1gig – 174

As per breakdown recieved from the consultant i was billed incorrectly - 1gig R575 and 250 mb R343 ...no one seems to have a resolution to this issue - Please contact me on ***, i need someone who knows what is going on and i need this reversed asap
