BILLED INCORRECTLY

I cancelled 2 vetting lines and the 2 sim cards and routers were fetched by Ram Couriers on 1 February 2016. I phoned this morning to make sure that my bill for February which is reflecting R109 x 2 will be credited. The call centre agent told me he would send me a reference number (A2-1JYL-ZJ832) to my cell which never happened. Can someone please phone me and confirm that my account was credited with R218. I am still also waiting for the 2 amounts which were taken off my bank account to be reversed.
