Billed for Unwanted Content service - spam!!!

Hi have noticed billing on my account for content services which I never subscribed to. Found out that it is spam that Vodacom is aware of doing the rounds but still bill it without confirming if I really did subscribe. This is unacceptable. I am demanding refund of the costs on my account the past couple of months.
