Billed for two items, which I don`t even have, for a FULL year !

Dear Vodacom.

Kindly explain the following:

In February 2020 I ordered two laptops from Vodacom. The two laptops duly arrived. Unfortunatley one laptop was faulty. Vodacom advised me to return both laptops. I contacted RAM Couriers and they collected both laptops for returning to Vodacom. In June 2020 I noticed that I was still being billed for these two laptops. After about 4 visits to my local Vodacom store and at least as many phonecalls to Vidacom and pulling my hair out I was silly enough to believe that the laptops had been removed from my acc. Now in February 2021 (1 year later) I find that I am STILL being charged for these two laptops. Luckily I have now found the proof that the Couriers collected the laptops on 13th February 2020. The proof has a tracking number on it. Going to Couriers website and entering the Tracking Number I get a FULL Blow-by-Blow account from the Courier as to exactly what date and time they collected the laptops and exactly when and what time they delivered them to Vodacom and even the name of the Vodacom staff member who took possession of the two laptops?

What do you say to that please ?
