billed for site i never visited nor subscribed to.

my number got subscribed to a **** site that waspa confirmed I never visited and ordered Vodacom to refund me .Yet they have a nerve to continue debiting me for the same **** and claim to have not received an instruction to refund on their records .now waspa says they got a offer to refund for R100.00 but it will be for the initial billing that carried over to the following month with another R750.00 and am not ready to go through that stressful journey again .All I want is my money...all of it otherwise I will reverse my payments until they blacklist me then they l see I mean business .nx!<br> <br> all I want is proper legit billing and my money is off limit .With two numbers that I have with them am very disappointed.
