Billed for returned phone
After writing my review about Vodacom and that I was being billed for a phone that I returned, they responded to my review and promised to get back to me. I AM STILL TO GET A CALL OR ANY OTHER RESPONSE FROM VODACOM. I tried calling their customer care service today...no success, 'high call volumes' is used as an excuse for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
