Billed for nothing
I had inquired about getting a cellphone contract with MONDO and instead received a SIM card from Vodacom. I lodged a complaint with both companies and requested that VODACOM come and pick up their SIM card, as they had it delivered, and yet I'm still being billed for a SIM card I am NOT using.
