Billed For Migration Old Package not Available

On Tuesday 2015.09.29 8:00 AM<br> <br> I Received my Billing SMS from Vodacom.<br> Normally the amount is R749 witch i signed up for to pay.<br> Today i Received a Bill for R1183<br> <br> <br> I was told By (Tarryn/Taran) that i am being charged +- R400 something for migration costs to the new account.(Basically forced to move to a new type of account because vodacom changed and now i need to pay for it)<br> they advised me when i did the upgrade that the Topup 400 does not exists anymore and they will have to change me to a Topup 350.<br> <br> I have been a user of vodacom for quite a few years now and to get this is very upsetting as i was told there are no hidden costs and also that the R749 is the only monthly amount that i will be billed for EVER!!!<br> this will go on to all public media and also i guess its time to move away from the \best"network there is to Cell C or mtn......<br> """
