Billed for Inactive Services on Contract
When trying to cancel a service that you don't want on your contract it is impossible!!!! 11 months later and I am still being billed for this service even though I don't actually get the service for the past 10 months as it is inactive on Vodacom's side BUT Billing Dept has not updated my Invoices and I am still being charged for this and when I refuse to pay for this service I am being informed that I am in arrears on my Contract and need to make urgent payment arrangements - WHAT????
