Billed for data not used

I am deeply disappointed in how Vodacom can just debit an account for out of Data rates where we clearly provided you with enough proof that we where not out of data. The feed we have with discussions on Facebook clearly provided dates, timelines, details descriptions of how things were handled on our end and that no apps took the 3.9GB of data billed for. We provided you with proof that the app that apparently took the 3.9GB of data was google photos, we also provided proof that only 18 photos was uploaded that day and still you go and bill us over R2200 regardless of the proof we provided, you as Vodacom cannot provide us with any other details on what happened there and we as the customer must just foot the bill. Anybody would know that there is simply no way 18 photos can utilize 3.9GB of data as 1 x photo does not equate to 216MB in size. There was also screenshots provided that no other apps used any data that day and only Google Photos was the issue, even after providing evidence that this is not possible you still steel the money from our account. https://web.facebook.com/Vodacom/posts/ ********** ********** 047?

I will not accept this and i will seek legal advice, you lot fail to prove what the data was used for and even with evidence provided from the client we still got ******. I had a chat with your call center 2 days ago and when i inquired about what is the status of this query the consultant mentioned that there is not queries or disputes logged on the account. Go figure, to hell with the client and a very serious query. Here is the feed below, i sugst go through it as the timelines as well as screenshots are logged there.

I expect this to be taken seriously as i will not just leave this. The photos uploaded are private but as offered previously with no response, i am more than happy to share this with Vodacom on a direct email conversation.
