Billed for data I am not receiving

I upgraded end April, the lady that assisted me on line said that she will do a deal for me to add 500 minutes recurring monthly at R 78.26 per month and 10GB recurring data at R 82.78 per month. I am being billed for the 10GB data monthly but I am NOT receiving this data. I was also told by the sales person, that I am able to buy extra minutes during the month, and this can be done at anytime. Only to realize last month, that is a complete lie, you can add minutes, depending on what time of the monthly you buy, you will only be added pro rata, BUT WAIT FOR IT, YOU PAY FOR ALL THE MINUTES YOU BUY, BUT YOU ONLY GET PRO RATA, THE REST WILL BE ADDED IN THE NEW MONTH. This was not told to me.

I am so unhappy with the service I am receiving from Vodacom, I will cancel all my contracts as they come to an end. Just a pity that I have upgraded 4 contracts in the last 6 months.
