Billed for Apple watch not received

on the 26th of October i did an upgrade at Vodacom Nelson Mandela. Part of the upgrade included an apple watch. I was however informed that the watches are not available. I requested that the contract be reversed as the watch was not available. There was a delay in actioning the reversal. I further spoke to the store manager who assured me that the reversal will be actioned. This was escalated to Vodacom, however the reversal has not been processed. on the 24 November i received a call from Vodacom and the agent did not disclose the current invoice amount which i have disputed as the watch is not suppose to be part of the contract. I further stated that i am currently billed for an apple iphone xs Max plus an apple watch, however i do not have the watch. Hence the request to reverse the contract and quote me on the iphone only. She said she was retrieving the information and the line was disconnected. I received and sms notification that the escalation was closed, to my suprise as the query has not been resolved.
