Billed for a package with NO real explanation

I migrated my package from a smart s to the red more data package(10 gig data, 150mins, 25sms's) effective 1 Nov 2016. I received a statement on the 3rd Nov (usage for Oct) reflecting the charge of the red more data package & also additional charges for calls yet I had minutes available. I called customer service to query this several times with several different response. I specifically asked consultants to please explain how I am being billed.1st I was told u are billed for the previous months usage then I was told u are billed from the 3rd to the 3rd then I was advised it is the previous months usage including the current months usage (does not make sense). I eventually logged a query on the 9th November (service request no. S3-GB937-713QG) received a sms from Criton Muridili on the 14th November saying he tried contacting me which is not true because I had my phn in my hand (no missed call or missed call notification) I immediately called & was told they are still busy with my query???? I spoke to several consultants & have been transferred from department to department with no solution. On the 17th Nov I went in to the vodacom store canal walk for an explanation & there too was not assisted just another query being logged & to date no response. On that same day I also cancelled my 2nd contract & converted it to prepaid. On the 23rd Nov I received an SMS stating the following: Good day,Please be advised your line 072****677 was converted to prepaid on the 17/11/2016. Vodacom issues invoices on the 3rd of each month for previous month usage.Your debit order on the 21/11/2016 included invoice for 072****677 because of October 2016 usage.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Criton Muridili.... Again I called customer service to ask why I am being billed for the new package when it only took effect the 1st Nov & why am I being charged for calls when I had minutes available STILL no answer... I called again on the 30th Nov (Dear Customer, Your service request no. A2-1Z57-2741ID has been logged. We will contact you via sms, email or phone call within 2 working days.) & another sms on the 1st Dec ( Dear Customer: Please be advised that your query is being investigated by the CIC Department; feedback will be provided once it is resolved.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Themba Sibisi) and I'm still waiting. & apparently I was charged for those calls because it is when the migration took place???? ***. This is utter BULL & really hope the next person who calls me does not try to spin me some **** story & has a solution. Give my money back if it's due to me!!!! & this is not even the end of my query. Miss informed when changing my package but I'll just leave it at that!
