Billed for a data contract I didn't ask for

Billed for a contract data I didn't ask for . They are forcing me to pay the money I don't know of and now it's affecting my credit score . I'm trying to apply for a cellphone contract but now everytime I got decline. I want this bill to be removed from my credit score check because I don't know anything about it
