Billed for 3rd party \ring tone"subscription """

Hi,<br> <br> On my bill is an amount of <br> General Services R 43.64 R 6.11 R 49.75 on my phone number ***<br> When I query this they told me it is some ringtone subscription. I never signed up to any ring tone subscription. The only reason I know about this charge is because I logged on to vodacom to see when my contract expired. Further more why does it say \General services"? This is very misleading. Why can't it says \""3rd party subscription too whomever\"" . Also I never got any notification to tell me that I had subscribed to a 3rd party subscription and there is no means provided to tell you who it is or how to cancel it. I don't see why I have to pay this R49"
