Billed even after porting out!!

On the back of my last review on the 20th November 2018 where no one at Vodacom had the ability to fix a upgrade which was incorrectly processed on my account, I still have issues with this *********** network!

I finally managed to port my line from Vodacom in the middle of February (14th February), after all account issues from the previous 6 months was finally resolved. On the 1st March, my normal debit order went off, invoice for February subscription and content (which was incorrectly charged for months). This I can accept, even though I wonder why pro-rata is charged upfront when you take out a contract, however no pro-rata credit when you port mid-month (I don`t have time to argue this point).

Now on the 8th March, I receive another invoice and statement from Vodacom, this time for March subscription and a reduced content amount. Please advise why you planning to charge me for subscription for March when I am not even on your network anymore???

So even after I was contacted and advised that the query was resolved, there was still another debit order of R116 taken off on 1 April. At first I thought it could be a April fools joke, but then I realised that I was still dealing with Vodacom and of cause this issue would not be resolved as stated!! I honestly give up with this company...!
