Billed/Debited above agreed contraced amount

<p>On 25 Feb 2016, for the first time in 16 yearssince I was with Vodacom on prepaid basis, I decided to take a contract package for R199 + R9.50 which totals to R208.50 per month, howwever this month July was debited R657.50, this is not what I signed for , as could I have been advised that this contractual installment will flactuate like repo-rate I woould not have signed for it. I did not ask for 1GB date for my tablet, I signed for 500MB on monthly basis. To Vodacom R49.00 extra debited amount might sound like nothing, however, to me, it is money that can buy 3 loaves and it means a great deal to me. I will resort to the Ombudsman, alternatively the Media, should this not be resolved.</p>
