Bill me every month for extra R 95 for something I never signed up for.

PLEASE HELP! I don't know what to do anymore. Vodacom is *****ing from me and there is absolutely no one at Vodacom who can help me. I am phoning every month.

I have also sent them several emails to ********** and no one even acknoledge my email..... here is my issue.

I am incorrectly charged for a MyMinutes 100 since February 2017. And I do request that all these charges be reversed immediately as NOWHERE did I sign up for MyMinutes 100 it has been offered to me free of charge!

Initially I was offered Free MyMinutes 100 with my last upgrade – I have attached my quotation of my package to the emails I have sent Vodacom. So I have proof of what was supposed to be charged. However no one acknowledge my emails or if I phone no one resolve the problem. I have agreed to a contract and now Vodacom is charging me different from what was agreed. This is contract break. I they do not resolve this I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom.

It seems that ever since Vodacom went over to a new Customer and Billing system in Feb. I am being incorrectly charged for MyMinutes. Why I am being charged for something that was initially offered for free.

If anyone at Vodacom reads this (clearly emailing or phoning vodacom does not help), I will appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I have been phoning continuously querying this billing issue, however nothing has been resolved yet.

CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE INCORRECT CHARGES AND THEN STOP CHARGING ME FOR THE MYMINUTES GOING FORWARD. THIS IS THEFT!

I would appreciate a reply on this request. Call Center said there is nothing that they can do about it and the issue has been escalated. Shocking Customer Service.
