Bill for a Device which was Returned
I was offered a Vodafone tablet from the company Rewind Rewardsco, which is affiliated with Vodacom. I agreed to this contract telephonically, and the device was delivered on 29th January. <br> On 30th January, I decided I did not want the tablet, and went to the Vodacom store at Canal Walk to return it. I was still within the 14 day return period. Tembisa, who assisted me, said it needed to be collected since it was a telephonic sale. She logged an incident to After Sales to inform them of this. No-one from After Sales ever contacted me, and I called in myself to get them to assist. Ram Couriers eventually collected the device on 18 February. <br> It is now 29th April, and I am STILL being debited for the device, monthly. <br> I have called in to customer care numerous times, only to be placed on hold or transferred incorrectly. <br> I have been a Vodacom customer for over 5 years and I am disgusted that this is their standard of customer service. <br> I want my money refunded immediately, as it is unacceptable that I am paying for a device I have returned. <br> If this is not resolved ASAP and my refund not processed, I will be taking this further to ICASA. <br> You have no right to charge me for a device I
