bill accounts without the customers knowledge
I just had a fight with Vodacom, my account that has been R1435 for 36 months now is suddenly in arears, extra data ordered. First it was on my laptop account, then on my phone account, then I was told, no sorry it is a google play account. I have x, you tube and hit the button on google play. I've never ordered extra data. This is what I was just told. You pay for the app you buy on google play and then vodacom charge you an extra 15% on that. I have never put any google play games or apps on my vodacom account. Vodacom cannot ***** our data that we paid for anymore, know they come up with new tricks. Can some at vodacom please clarify this. I have been playing this game for over 4 year with my grade 2's and I uses data from the schools wifi not even my own data. So vodacom just add another R222 on my account for data that I apparently used on this game but I use free wifi at school and I do have 15G on this same number to use if I should need data. Vodacom just found another of *****ing from their customers.

This is my laptop and the contract is done, I was suppose to upgrade this in December and I did not. So I received a notification that I need to upgrade it because the account is done. But this is my invoice difference.
