BIGGEST *******

I have just had my second bad experience with Vodacom in the past two months. I have come to the conclusion that Vodacom just want your money and don't care about your well being. They are quick to debit your account and take money but when it comes to resolving queries or giving back they are PATHETIC. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE. ONCE MY CONTRACTS ARE DUE FOR UPGRADE REST ASSURED I WILL CHANGE MY NETWORK..
