Biggest *****s on the planet

Being a loyal customer for more than 15 years means nothing for Vodacom. I decided not to upgrade this year as my phone is still in good condition. Biggest mistake of my life. Vodacom ripped me off just because I did not upgrade and decided to just continue with my contract. Not allowed in their eyes. My data bundle use to last me the whole month and all of a sudden (without anything that changed in my day to day usage) the data was gone within 2 days off allocation since my upgrade was due.

I then opted to cancel my contract and go over to prepaid so that I can move to another network as their upgrade packages for loyal customers are so expensive compared to the other companies.

Another mistake as they started to just deduct more and more data resulting in an account of over R900.

Then some consultant tells me that I must go and buy data at pick and pay and can load that to carry me till the end off the months. False information - data cannot be loaded until the 1st of next month

All my data apps enabled and they still managed to deduct R8 for the day on my account. HOW DO I ASK YOU IF MY DATA IS TOTALLY OFF?

BIGGEST ******* ON THIS PLANET!!!!!!!
