Bigger isn't always better

Please never use this service provider, they can not help you when your data just disappears, they say that it's your phone even when you've been to the vodacom store for them to sort it out, then you get under paid tecs that cant help you at all and when you ask to speak to some1 higher up, you wait 15 -20 min for them to say that its OK on there side, yet they cant help you because there system is set for the day before? Like how does that help me ? I've just lost my data at this time! I get that this isn't a big issue for most but I work online, so this is killing me, this is like the 7th time I've complained about the same problem but no 1 can help me?????? Is it cause there useless or because there so big, they don't give a **** there *****ing money from those who have none????
