Big companies ******** small people and not caring... Dusgusting

So this is a huge huge ****. I have been on a month contract for 6 years for 5G followed by 10G of data only with Vodacom. Obviously Vodacom get you to upgrade earlier each time so for the last 24 months I have paid R257 pm for 10G. I wished to cancel my contract when they offered my an upgrade as I couldn't afford it anymore I was told in December this was not possible until February as my contract only ended in March. So basically my special has run out in December and for the last 3 months Vodacom are charging me R510pm for my 10G! This is utterly disgusting for such a huge company to take advantage in this way (10G in this day is offered at R150 pm) ... I have written to request that this be removed with no response. Obviously it is acceptable to be charged R257pm until the end of the contract. How many people are canceling because they can't afford it and then finding they get charged almost double for the last 3/4 months.
