mondo signed me up for a 24 month contract, providing me with false information.
I got a call from Bianca from vodacoms complaints department. Quicker than I ever expected. She sorted me out swiftly rectifying this error. I’m glad she did this in a timely manner as I would like to upgrade my contract now only as vodacom finally has some amazing deals !
