beyond dissapointed

On the 9th of Feb,my phones were unfortunately ****** - as a result I had to do sim swaps on 3 numbers- on the 11th of Feb I went to Voda world and purchased 3 micro sim cards and the sim swaps were activated in store - the sales lady told me it might take anything from an hour to 48 hours for the numbers to work!Today is the 25th of Feb and only 1 number works!2 weeks later and 2 numbers still don't work - between the 11th and the 25th I have called the vodacom call center over 5 times - each time having to explain my \story"-at the end of each call I am told someone will resolve the issue - and will get back to me with feedback- I am still waiting - my issue is the lack of assistance I have received - these numbers are loaded With data"
