Took my phone in for repairs about a month ago. A few weeks later I get an sms that my phone is ready for collection. We phone Cresta Repair Centre and a lady tells us that the phone has been repaired and that the insurance has covered everything. There are no additional costs. Great. Sunday I go to Cresta. We drive all the way from Horizon. The lady at the repair centre comes out with my phone STILL BROKEN and tells me that the phone is irreparable. She also tells me that my insurance has expired in April. Angry is not even the word, I waited a month to go and pick up a phone that was still broken. If my insurance had expired they should have told me the first time we called. I was expecting a repaired phone. The lady looked at me like I was being crazy for expecting a repaired phone. I complained on Vodacom's Facebook page and I get told that's not cool. Yes. I know that's not cool. It's also frustrating and disappointing. Further I get no reply back. Not cool Vodacom. Not cool. You wasted my time, my petrol and my phone is still broken. Ridiculous.
