Beyond bad service

I’m waiting 7 days to hear from them whether a contract is approved or not.. they don’t bother picking up their store phones when you phone them. They don’t phone you to let you know what’s going on... when I personally went in to the store because they don’t phone you and asked for the manager they said they she’s not in... only to find out that she is there... what ever you do don’t use them... Vodacom should seriously be worried about how the store is managed and how they treat customers
