Beyond abysmal

Where do I even start, there are so many things wrong.

To say that I am unhappy with the service received is an understatement.

I called Vodacom on 25/03/2024 with the intent of cancelling my contract.

An agent (suddenly no one knows who it is) then pushed me into having a contract match, where you will match the other service providers fee for R 495.00.

Lo and behold tis month I was charged over R 829, which is double that the agreed upon amount. When I called Vodacom I was advised that they changes were not made (even though I have a confirmation email)

I want the R 495.00 payment to be as it should have been this month and a refund for the rest of the over charge. The service is beyond abysmal.

From there it just got worse, I was advised that the contract will be cancelled – There was NO mention of any additional fees and its noted on your website that there will be no additional fees if you provide enough notice.

Because you caused such a big mess the first time around I was told that Vodacom will release my line on the 22nd, this was about the only thing that you got right.

Apologies were made and I thought that this was then of it, only to see on my statement that there will still be a charge at the end of the month.

I am not paying a fee that I don’t have to as I struggled immensely getting my refund in the first place and relevant notice was given.

I want the fee removed, and I want my banking details removed from your system, I also want a letter stating that this has been done.

If my account gets charged tomorrow, I will lodge a complaint as a *****ulent transaction and take the necessary legal steps to bring this into fruition.

Your service gets worse every timed I deal with you.

Not to mention the router that I am allowed to “keep” cannot be calibrated to ANY other network, so now I need to get a new router too.

I want this issue sorted out at the end of the day, before any deductions are made tomorrow.
