Since April this year when I upgraded my contract, I have been receiving sub standard service resulting in my having to write a Hellopeter report in June. In response to that I was gauranteed that all issues had been resolved and yet every month there is one issue or another requiring me to waste my time phoning the call centre, not once but over and over and about matters that should be seamless for a company such as Vodacom. I am not receiving my monthly invoices despite making requesting them and making sure that my details are correct on the system which they are because after all the address where I am supposed to receive my invoices is one of the security questions is it not? And yet every month there is a glitch! Today I didn't receive the monthly 100MB data allocation as per my contract.
I called the call centre, was queued for nearly twenty minutes! When I finally did get throught o speak to someone I was told by the consultant that I would be receiving my data shortly and given a reference number for the call 1- ********** 4207. By this afternoon I had still not received the data and again had to call the call centre. The consultant I spoke to that time said she couldn't see the reference number I gave her on her system (so what was the point of having been given it?), she put me on hold to contact the “solutions department(?) to enquire about the data. While I was on hold I was asked to answer four questions about the service I was receiving by rating them between zero and ten which I did and then I was promptly cut off! And I still don't have the data! I again called the call centre tonight and the consultant I spoke to this time said I would be receiving a reference number for the request she logged to the back office on my phone within a few minutes of my call. I asked her to please give it to me over the phone but was told that the system still needed to generate it, well I'm still waiting to receive that reference number! Come on really? And the calls are meant to being recorded? What for if this level of bad service is allowed to continue?
