Beware Vodatake

Not even one star. Poor service. I loaded R500 airtime and made a few short calls lo and behold gone! Where to? How? Emailed Vodacom numerous times no response. Today I loaded R50 airtime and purchased a 7 day bundle guess what. I had no network all day. But once again the airtime is gone and bundle depleted. As for the shake rewards. I went to collect my so called reward at Nandos only to be told the code does not exist. Same with all 10 of my so called rewards. I get an email from Vodacom saying all is in order. They were redeemed. Um no they weren't. Poor service and *******
