Beware Vodacom Tablets - No Value for Money
On the 22/02/2015 at 13:03pm, I purchased one of the Vodacom tablets at Cellucity Pavilion, I was referred to them by the Vodacom store as they were out of stock. How is it that you run a promotion and be out of stock? Anyway I purchased the tablet at Cellucity having been told that they were part of Vodacom. The tablet was heating up and apps were problematic but I was told the reason for this was because it was an entry level tablet so it was a try out. Having accepted this, I did not request any repair. Yesterday, I updated my apps through WIFI and the tablet heated up again to such an extent that there is now a line across the screen. With regards to a second tablet which was bought on the afternoon of the 01/03/2015, that tablet started to give trouble that same afternoon, took it back to the store, they blamed it on screen resolution and apps. The battery never lasted for even half the day. The following day, the tablet presented more issues including no internet connection and various error codes. Tablet was booked in last week and no response received to date. We were not issued with any invoices nor any other documentation and the staff at that store are absolutely rude!!
