Beware Vodacom robs You!!

After recharging on 13 September I never get my vodabucks. I called Vdcm on 14 September and was informed it will be loaded as the system is slow. I informed the person on my other number I received vodabucks same time as the recharge was done the same day. I waited and nothing. I called Vdcm again on 15 September and was told they will log a call and it wil take 1 to 24 hours and it wil be loaded. Still nothing. So I called Vdcm again on 17 September and was told they wil log a call. I informed the person I was told that on the 15 September and nothing happened. She informed me that the complaint was not logged. So she logged complaint and said 1 to 24 hours and said I wil receive the sms with a reference. I did receive the sms but 1 to 24 hours has finished and still no vodabucks received. Stop making empty promises Vodacom
