Beware vodacom online application

Online sales (CAD Online) will approve you then cancel your order the following day. Received this as reply to my new contract application "Your application has been approved and a debicheck was sent to your account please authorize the mandate. Had a technical problem with my bank and could not authorize by 20h00 deadline. Following day I went to vodacom store to request a new debi order schedule they gave me a number contacted the number just to find out that my contract application has been cancelled. Tried online again to get a new deal on same product and then I was informed that a vetting order has been put on my name because of multiple online order requests. Been trying to get this sorted for 2 days now still haven't been assisted.
